The HEC100 Tri-Clamp Conductivity Sensor Series measures water conductivity across five configurations, with cell constants and probe lengths suited to different measurement ranges and installation requirements.
Applications include purified water systems, reverse osmosis, pharmaceutical processing, food production and industrial water monitoring.
Select K = 0.01 cm⁻¹ for measurements from 0 to 20 µS/cm, K = 0.1 cm⁻¹ for 0 to 200 µS/cm or K = 1.0 cm⁻¹ for 0 to 2,000 µS/cm. Short and long versions are available for the K = 0.01 and K = 0.1 configurations, while the K = 1.0 configuration is offered in a short version.
Each sensor features a stainless steel housing, a 50.5 mm Tri-Clamp flange and IP68 protection. All configurations have a specified temperature range of 0 to 120°C and pressure range of 0 to 4 bar. An NTC10K temperature sensor and 5 m signal cable are standard, with alternative temperature sensors and custom cable lengths available.
