The Sanwa PDM509S is a single-range, lightweight, analog DC Insulation tester with an Auto discharge function.
The Sanwa PDM509S has an insulation resistance measuring range of 100MΩ/500 volts with an accuracy of ±5% of full scale. The instrument can also be used to measure AC (600V max) and DC (60V max) voltages as well.
The PDM509S comes with an Auto discharge function that discharges a test circuit once the user is done measuring the insulation resistance of the test circuit. This device lies in the EN61010-1 CAT.II (1000V) and EN61010-1 CAT.III (600V) measurement category.
