Online Industrial Silicate Analyzer

The Sper Scientific Online Industrial Silicate Analyzer monitors silicate levels in process water using automated chemical reaction and optical detection.

It supports applications such as power plant feedwater, steam-cycle monitoring and industrial water treatment where low concentrations must be tracked. A color LCD displays results and historical trends, while the 4–20 mA output and RS485 communication connect the analyzer to monitoring equipment. Automatic calibration can be scheduled to suit the application. Optional multi-channel configurations allow the analyzer to measure multiple sample streams.

Features

  • Automated chemical reaction and optical measurement
  • Color display with English-language menus and trend curves
  • Historical data recording for up to 30 days
  • Automatic calibration with adjustable interval
  • One to six sample channels available by configuration
  • Audible and relay alarms
