Industrial Pure Water pH Sensor for Online Process Monitoring
The Sper Scientific pure water pH sensor provides online pH and temperature measurement for pure and high-purity water systems. It measures from 0 to 14 pH and 0 to 60°C, with specified accuracies of ±0.1 pH and ±0.5°C. Applications include industrial water treatment, process water monitoring and power plant water analysis.
A polymer-filled reference system and large-area diaphragm help stabilize the junction potential in low-conductivity water. The close spacing between the reference junction and sensing glass is designed to reduce changes in diffusion potential caused by variations in flow. This supports consistent readings in demanding pure water applications.
The 3-in-1 electrode integrates pH measurement, temperature compensation and solution grounding. Upper and lower 3/4 NPT threads support installation in tanks or pipelines with suitable fittings, while a directly attached low-noise cable connects the sensor to a compatible pH transmitter.
