The Fermentation Dissolved Oxygen Sensor is designed for oxygen measurement in small-volume vessels and installations with limited space.
Its 316L stainless steel body and VP connector support use in hygienic fermentation processes requiring CIP, in-situ steam sterilization and high-pressure autoclaving.
A durable membrane cap provides resistance to high temperatures and pressures, including steam sterilization at 120–130°C. Designed to withstand more than 40 fermentation batches, the HDO100 offers multiple immersion depths for different vessel configurations.
